Getting Pregnant with Naturopathy

April 2, 2020

Naturopathy can help get pregnant. To be healthy is to put the odds on your side to have a baby, what’s more, healthy, and have a better pregnancy. Like a field and a garden that is plowed, fertilize them (with humus or manure, let’s stay natural!) To ensure good harvests, the human body also needs nutrients to function better. It is important to prepare your own ground.

On the nutrition side, to boost your fertility and make sure you get as many nutrients as possible to promote it, you have to think of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, nut oils, berries, eggs, avocados, nuts, salmon , green tea, coconut cream, turmeric, olives, crucifers, green vegetables, pumpkin seeds, seafood, sardines, legumes, whole grains, artichokes, pumpkin seeds and pulses.

In terms of herbal medicine, there are various plants with different functions to be more fertile and regulate the reproductive and hormonal system: cherry pollen, maca, vitex, chaste tree, raspberry…

On the supplement side, we think of folic acid, vitamin D, zinc.

In addition to a “detox” months before conceiving, based on milk thistle for example, a healthy microbiota and a release of stress, there are also essential oils such as clary sage to boost the fertility.

Depending on the case, a good preparation takes a year, for others four to six months. It depends on general lifestyle. Consulting a naturopathic professional can help you with a personalized fertility program.

The woman is here, but the father also has his part to play … Isn’t he the one who provides the seed of life?
