- 400 g silken tofu
- 200 g 70% dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of gently simmering water.
- Meanwhile, blend the silken tofu until perfectly smooth.
- Add the melted chocolate and blend briefly until the mousse is smooth, creamy, and silky.
- Divide the mousse among serving glasses or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
