I was so excited about this course because the details in terms of how we can sustain a healthy and balanced body were really fascinating. The laws of nature must really be followed in order for us to live a harmonious and healthy life. so many of todays factors and processes are designed to inhibit our abilities to heal and live healthy.
As a new subject for a new student, it was a fun course that I could have spend allot more hours on. Sometimes I have disagreed with the author slightly, but generally it was an awesome course that I know I will refer back to as time goes by. Thanks!
