The Pillars of Health

The term “pillars” refers to a set of main therapies that we have classified according to a similar therapeutic approach: manipulative, oriental, naturopathic, psycho-educational, diagnostic. Within each group are the main known therapeutic methods.
• The therapies are presented under typical headings: presentation, principles, course of a session, indications and risks, clinical studies ...
• Certain therapies have given rise to clinical studies which we report, if applicable. The clinical studies mentioned here were carried out in a medical environment according to different scientifically accepted protocols.
The information in this course represents an excellent overview of alternative practices and represents a great source of inspiration and guidance for future health practitioners.
