Back to the Principles of Bach Flowers
Mental well-being and physical well-being are closely linked and influence each other. And sometimes it is enough to remove a small stone to make the whole edifice tremble. The healing vibratory frequencies of Bach Flowers have the effect of a pendulum swinging gently over an imbalance between body and mind to restore it, and can prevent or relieve mental or emotional crises and illnesses. Almost magical!
The active principle cannot be analyzed with classic methods because there remains almost nothing of the original molecules.
Dr Bach’s healing flowers are natural products, based on simple flowers and spring water that restore the individual’s balance and emotional harmony. By acting on the emotions, the elixirs facilitate the regeneration and balancing processes.
The choice of flowers is made according to the individual’s emotional state and present state of mind. Erring in the choice of flowers can have no negative consequence.
The 10-ml bottle contains approximately 110 drops of elixir. Try to use few elixirs at once (six at most) in order to leave a larger margin of action.
Changing, stopping or continuing to take an elixir is harmless.
Storage: in their original or diluted form, elixirs should be kept in a dark place (cupboard, drawer, handbag, etc.), away from any source of heat, but not in the refrigerator.
Bach Crab Apple Profile
Crab Apple is the "purifying Bach flower" for the mind and body, recommended for those who feel unclean and have repugnance towards themselves. This can manifest as an obsession, for example, always doing housework, washing your hands frequently, or an obsession with trivial things.
Bach flower Crab Apple is recommended for those who are ashamed or feel embarrassed because of unpleasant physical symptoms, such as skin problems or blemishes. If treatment fails, they become depressed (see also Gentian). People with skin problems can use Crab Apple externally, as a lotion (a few drops in water), on a compress, or added to the bath (10 drops).

The positive potential of Bach Crab Apple flower is the acceptance of oneself and one's imperfections.
These are people who feel they have something "not too clean" in them or who think that a poison has polluted their body and that it should be expelled. When a person has a Crab Apple temperament, he is freak of neatness, observes the small details, is very anxious, because he does not find the environment clean enough, disinfected, in order.
From the AMCC Manual
Here's the description included in our 131 course Pillars of Health:

Possible Slogan for Crab Apple
"I feel perfectly good inside and out, I am at peace with myself."
In the Words of Dr. Bach
This is the remedy of cleansing. For those who feel as if they had something not quite clean about themselves. Often it is something of apparently little importance: in others, there may be a more serious disease which is almost disregarded compared to the one thing on which they concentrate. In both types, they are anxious to be free from the one particular thing which is greatest in their minds and which seems so essential to them that it should be cured. They become despondent if treatment fails. Being a cleanser, this remedy purifies wounds if the patient has reason to believe that some poison has entered which must be drawn out.
