There is no need for an infinite slimming diet, nor even for a special potion sold at a high price. The secret of thin people, who manage to maintain a healthy weight all their lives, is good eating habits.

We would have suspected!

The breakfast
Oh yes! Thin people always eat breakfast! This is a fact well established by several researches. So, those who think of “saving” calories by skipping the first meal of the day, think again! By eating a good breakfast, containing protein and good fats, you put all the chances on your side to keep your youthful size. You do not have to do it in a complicated way: a smoothie made of fruits and green leafy vegetables prepares in a jiffy, is easily transported and will start your day in style, with all these beautiful proteins contained in the greenery, and all these vitamins in fruits and greens! Add some nuts or hemp if you are afraid of running out of protein. And a hint of ground flaxseed, for omega-3s!

There are other possibilities: it’s up to you to find those that will motivate you to eat this important meal every morning, without fail. So, you too, will take a step in the right direction, to stay slim for life!
