RECIPE :
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g of washed grapes
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup goat cheese – or goat log
- 1 whole baguette sliced – 1.5 cm thick
- 1/3 cup walnuts
INSTRUCTIONS :
Preheat the oven to 200c. Place the raisins on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and rosemary leaves. Season with salt and pepper then mix to coat the raisins well. Place the tray in the center of the oven (about 15 minutes) to roast, stirring occasionally – the raisins should be softened and a little burst. Brush the baguette slices with a little olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet and put in the oven until the bread is golden and crispy. Remove the bread from the oven while it is still hot and spread it with goat cheese. Add the hot grapes and a few nuts, then serve.
