A super easy and healthy recipe for young and old alike! They can be eaten savory or sweet by adding, for example, chocolate chips for the greediest. 1 or 2 in the lunch box and off we went so as not to run out of fuel all afternoon!
INGREDIENTS (for 8 small Buns)
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon salted peanuts for crunch
PREPARATION
Put all the ingredients in the blender (or mixer). The texture remains a little runny, and using a tablespoon, place small heaps on a previously buttered and floured baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180C.
