At the AMCC, we make a distinction between Conditions for Admission and Prerequisites. Conditions for Admission: The candidate must have sufficient academic training, a university education or two years of college (CEGEP in Quebec) in order to register for a program. For adults, in certain cases, professional experience and personal motivation may replace the required academic level.
Prerequisites: The AMCC offers an Anatomy & Physiology course (fundamental subjects). Contact the College to learn how to register for that course. Please note that nurses and other healthcare professionals are automatically exempted from this course but can still obtain the course materials, for a small fee.
