Its smell brings a lot of joy and enthusiasm when everything seems gray and dull, it also restores self-confidence. It is a photosensitizing oil, so avoid it on the skin before exposure to the sun.
Mixed in equal parts with jojoba vegetable oil which will not alter the smell: in a 30 ml bottle, 18 drops of each of these three essential oils, then complete with the vegetable oil. This synergy is to be applied to the chest and wrists morning and evening and more if affinity, for 2 months. You can use these same pure essential oils in an olfactory stick, for 10 drops in total. Breathe for at least 3 minutes morning and evening and each time the need to smoke arises.
