Bactericidal and antiseptic as well as respectful of balance, clay acts gently and promotes cellular reconstitution. Softening, it has a softening effect on the epidermis and on the hair fiber it sheaths. porous and absorbent, while being loaded with good mineral particles, it acts like a blotter, and takes with it liquids, sebum, odors, etc. It exchanges bad ions and recharges the body!
Super effective powder toothpaste :
Mix in a bowl: 15 g of calcium carbonate with 7 g of powdered green clay, 3 grams of food-grade sodium bicarbonate and 1 gram of powdered activated charcoal. Pour 15 drops of wild mint essential oil over it and mix again before sifting through a fine sieve. Place the powder in a small airtight jar. Wet the toothbrush before placing it on the powder and brushing your teeth.
Remineralizing clay bath :
2 to 3 tablespoons of green clay can be added to a bath between 36c and 38c – closest to body temperature – to make it as simply as possible a softening, relaxing, toning and cleansing treatment. To soften hard water, for example, and soothe sensitive skin or that of young children, white clay works wonders. Red clay gives the bath relaxing properties which promote slimming.
