In TCM, we consider that poorly managed emotions are at the origin of the appearance of almost all internal pathologies. Do not we speak of “destructive wind of emotions”! We had seen in the theory of the five elements that the five families of emotion resonated with the five software organs. Let’s remember the couples anger-Liver, Sadness-Lung, Fear-Kidney, Reminiscence-Rate and Joy-Heart. An emotion is pure energy, without physical consistency, odor or color. It “nourishes” the organ to which it belongs. There is no question here of becoming beings “empty” of all emotion since without them we would not be human beings. But if a particular emotion comes to take center stage permanently, or if it becomes too brutal, it is then destructive for the body, and turns against its target organ. Let’s take a look at ten fundamental points that will help you keep your balance on your lifeline and always feel good “here and now”.
-Decrease the importance
-Getting out of the theater stage
-Wait for the storm to pass
-The work of forgiveness
-Dissolve the fear of death
-Achieving Mindfulness
-Do not get lost in the meanders of negative judgment.
- The recharge of the battery of Kidneys, the ultimate drug.
- The inner smile, this medicine came from the sky.
- Adopt a new philosophy of life.
It is not an easy task to unlearn to judge. I am not talking here of altruistic, positive judgment, the Yang side, bright of strength, but of this permanent negative judgment on all and all things. Imagine a world without calumny, without criticism, without accusations, without deblating, without gossip: there would be little more to say in family meals. We would then be in the need to relearn to talk about the essential, the “things of life”. Do not forget what TCM teaches us: “What your Heart Emits, Your Heart Receives”. By dint of negative energy emissions, we should not be surprised to find ourselves in situations of negativity, malaise or suffering. It is this Russian quantum physicist who took as an example the visit of a painting exhibition. At a certain point, a painting displeases you. Yet if he is here, it is that he has at least pleased someone, if only its author! Instead of spitting its venom, judging negatively, you just have to go your way and feed your eye with a painting that is on the same vibration as your lifeline. Like a kaleidoscope, every ultimate Truth has in it a thousand and one facets, a thousand and one ways to apprehend it. Exit the dark side of the “Force” to go to the light of positive thoughts. Accept the contradiction as an essential element of the dialogue. But this also requires a lot of altruistic love and the gradual abandonment of the shell of his ego.
