Wheat

Wheat is harvested in summer. The wheat germ is the most nutrient-rich part of the plant, packed with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and essential fatty acids like omega‑6, which protect the skin from environmental stress and prevent dryness. It also contains powerful antioxidants, including tocopherols and vitamin E, that help shield cells from oxidative stress. Rich in vitamin K, it supports microcirculation and helps reduce couperose and redness.

Cold-pressed wheat germ oil is deep yellow, thick, and emits a warm, nutty cereal aroma.

Sarah Bernhardt Bath
Mix 500 g wheat bran, 500 g barley, and 500 g dried lavender. Stir well, then place one to two handfuls of the mixture into a cotton bag and let it infuse in the bath for 15 minutes before soaking for about 20 minutes in this milky, fragrant bath.

Ancient Rejuvenation Mask
In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of wheat bran with a glass of boiling spring water. Let it steep for 15 minutes after mixing thoroughly. Spread the warm paste onto a clean cloth and apply it to the face using the cloth. Leave on for about 10 minutes, then gently remove the mask, rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry with a clean towel.
