Tofu balls

tofu
balls
are
perfect

vegan
alternative

Easy
to
make,
they
combine
tofu
with
vegetables,
herbs,
and
spices,
resulting
in
a
dish
that

both
flavorful,
aromatic,

full

Ingredients:
250
g
of
tofu
100
g
of
celery
stalks
150
g
of
green
cabbage
½
tsp
of
ground
ginger
4
tbsp
of
starch (
of
your
choice)
Olive
oil
for
cooking
4
tbsp
of
soy
sauce
4
tbsp
of
rice
vinegar
Preparation:
In
a
blender,
crumble
the
tofu
and
add
the
celery
and
cabbage,
cut
into
pieces.
Blend
until
you
achieve
a
texture
similar
to
coarse
semolina.
Transfer
to
a
bowl,
add
the
ginger
and
a
pinch
of
salt,
and
mix
well.
Shape
into
small
balls
with
your
hands.
Heat
a
little
olive
oil
in
a
pan
and
sauté
the
balls
for
a
few
minutes
on
each
side,
until
they
are
nicely
browned.
Then,
drizzle
them
with
soy
sauce
and
rice
vinegar,
and
