they

tofu

with

vegetables,

Ingredients:

250

g

of

tofu

100

g

of

celery

stalks

150

g

of

green

cabbage

½

tsp

of

ground

ginger

4

tbsp

of

starch (

of

your

choice)

Olive

oil

for

cooking

tbsp

soy

sauce

tbsp

rice

vinegar

Preparation:

In

a

blender,

crumble

the

tofu

and

add

the

celery

and

cabbage,

cut

into

pieces.

Blend

until

you

achieve

a

texture

similar

to

coarse

semolina.

Transfer

to

a

bowl,

add

the

ginger

and

a

pinch

of

salt,

and

mix

well.

Shape

into

small

balls

with

your

hands.

Heat

a

little

olive

oil

in

pan

sauté
