Surprising raspberry and zucchini ice cream

No added sugar, a little homemade ice cream with a surprising ingredient... zucchini!

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

  • 100 g zucchini flesh (peeled)
  • 100 g banana flesh (peeled)
  • 200 g fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp sheep yogurt (or plant-based dessert)

    Preparation:
    Cut the zucchini and banana flesh into small cubes. Place in the freezer for at least 12 hours (or up to 1 month).
    Just before serving, place the zucchini and banana cubes in a powerful blender with the raspberries (save a few fruits for decoration) and the yogurt.
    Blend until you achieve a creamy ice cream consistency. Enjoy immediately!
