Su - Jok
Su Jok Therapy is a gentle energy-based method of Korean origin, designed to relieve pain and restore the body’s balance. Its name comes from “Su” (hand) and “Jok” (foot), which represent the main areas used in practice.
This approach combines principles from Chinese energy medicine (yin-yang, energy flow, meridians) and Indian tradition (chakras, vital energy). It is suitable for everyone — from babies and young children to adults and the elderly — and serves as a safe, non-invasive complementary therapy.
Su Jok is based on the idea that the hands and feet mirror the entire body in miniature, with each organ or body function corresponding to a specific area. By stimulating these zones through massage, pressure, heat, magnets, needles, or even seeds, the practitioner activates the body’s natural self-regulating mechanisms, supporting a gradual return to balance and health.
The goal is to harmonize the body’s energies — tonifying or dispersing them as needed — while enhancing its natural self-healing abilities.
