Sesame and raw cocoa spread

Raw cocoa retains all its nutritional values. It also has a strong and somewhat bitter flavor for true chocolate lovers. Make your own vegan, healthy and ultra chocolate spread! The addition of oilseeds of your choice (in puree) gives it a taste reminiscent of traditional spread.

For 1 jar

Ingredient :

100 g of blond sesame seeds

50 g black sesame seeds

4 tbsp. tablespoon of coconut oil

4 tbsp. tablespoon of cocoa powder

4 tbsp. tablespoon of coconut blossom syrup (or liquid honey)

3 tbsp. tablespoons of virgin or toasted sesame oil

a pinch of salt

Preparation

Grind the sesame seeds using a blender. Place the coconut oil in a bain-marie to soften it. Pour into the blender bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Add a pinch of salt. Grind several times, pausing to scrape the sides of the blender, until the consistency is uniform. Place in a clean jar and store at room temperature for up to a month.

Variation: replace the sesame seeds with tahini in equivalent proportions.
