Jasmine

Perfect Complexion Mask
To restore skin elasticity and brighten a dull complexion: blend one fresh, organic carrot, peeled beforehand. Carefully drain the pulp, then add 1 drop of jasmine essential oil and 1 tablespoon of Inca Inchi oil. Mix well with a fork and apply this paste onto a clean, makeup-free face, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Leave on for about ten minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.

From your garden or balcony, pick jasmine flowers, rose buds, and geranium leaves (untreated). Place them in a small cotton bag and steep in the hot bath water.
