Homemade Easter Eggs

To celebrate Easter in a healthy and delicious way, here’s a raw dessert recipe that will delight your taste buds: homemade Easter eggs, combining the sweetness of dates, the crunch of almonds, and the rich taste of dark chocolate. Ingredients:

200 g Medjool dates

60 g almonds

2 tbsp shredded coconut

50 g 80% dark chocolate

50 g white chocolate

Preparation:

Soak the dates for about 20 minutes. Remove the pits.

Blend the dates, almonds, and coconut together, then use the mixture to form egg-shaped balls.

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler and coat the eggs in the melted chocolate. Let them cool in the fridge.
