Allergy

Allergy is an excessive reaction of the immune system when it comes into contact with a foreign substance, known as an allergen. This reaction can be immediate or delayed by several hours. Allergies often have a hereditary component and typically involve IgE-type immunoglobulins.

There are various forms of allergies: asthma, eczema, hives, rhinitis, digestive allergies, conjunctivitis, etc.

Natural Remedies to Relieve Symptoms

Each type of allergy requires an adapted approach, but foundational support can often be shared across different forms. Several plants with complementary properties can be combined:

Onion (mother tincture): 20 drops, twice a day — helpful for eye and nasal symptoms.

Plantain (mother tincture): 20 drops, twice a day.

Blackcurrant (dry leaf extract): 100 to 250 mg, three times a day.

Blackcurrant (bud macerate): 100 drops in the morning.

Rosehip (bud macerate): 100 drops per day.

Black seed/Nigella (mother tincture): 30 drops, three times a day.

German chamomile (mother tincture or fluid extract): recommended for general, digestive, or eye-related allergies.
