The Nutritherapy or holistic nutrition program concludes with this case study course. With several well-documented studies included, the student will need to complete three clinical case files, demonstrating their clinical expertise at various levels: interviewing, observation, treatments and recommendations, maintaining case records, and preparing the final report.
