Présentation

Dr Laure Martinat is a physician trained in anesthesia and critical care, holding a medical degree from the Faculté de Médecine de Poitiers following studies in Bordeaux. A naturopath and expert in phyto-aromatherapy and micronutrition, she has built an integrative medicine practice that combines medical rigour with natural approaches to health.

After several years of hospital practice in anesthesia and critical care, she moved her practice toward integrative health — notably in gynecology and oncology — before developing a private practice in southwestern France. She is also trained in medical acupuncture and anti-aging medicine.

For more than 10 years she has taught health and phyto-aromatherapy: she has been an instructor at the Diplôme Universitaire de Phyto-aromathérapie at the Université de Besançon since 2022, and tutors and teaches at the Collège des Médecines Douces du Québec (CMDQ).

She is the author of several books — including Immunité, maladies infectieuses et convalescence (Éditions Quintessence, 2022) and Le guide familial de la santé (Éditions Mango, 2024) — and contributes regularly to French media such as Doctissimo, Plantes & Santé, Santé Magazine and FémininBio. She sits on the scientific committee of Top Santé and the editorial board of Phytothérapie Européenne.
