Foundations of Women’s Hormonal Health

This course offers an in-depth exploration of the foundations of women’s hormonal health through a holistic, naturopathic approach. It provides a clear understanding of how the endocrine system works, the main hormones involved, and the factors that influence hormonal balance at every stage of life.

Participants will learn about the mechanisms of the menstrual cycle and the impact of hormones on energy, mood, fertility and metabolism. The course also covers the influence of stress, diet and endocrine disruptors on hormonal health.

Particular attention is given to the main female hormonal imbalances, including premenstrual syndrome (PMS), polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), menstrual disorders, fertility issues, perimenopause and menopause.

Through a preventive, holistic and personalized approach, students will learn to recognize the signs of hormonal imbalance and to implement natural strategies that support lasting well-being.
