Walnut tree, Juglans regia

07/30/2024

The Walnut tree is a solitary tree that inhibits the growth of surrounding plants by secreting juglone, which oxidizes once it reaches the ground. Similarly, in gemmotherapy, it is recommended to take Walnut Buds alone. Their main therapeutic strength lies in the digestive system and restoring intestinal flora.

Digestive System: Walnut Buds are effective in combating digestive disorders. They are detoxifying and stimulate liver and stomach functions. They also act on bloating, hyperacidity, and heartburn. Additionally, they help alleviate diarrhea, especially those occurring after antibiotic use.

Skin System: By acting on the intestinal flora, these buds help relieve skin infections and inflammations such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, and herpes.

Circulatory System: As anti-inflammatory agents, Walnut Buds soothe blood vessels, particularly in cases of arteritis, varicose ulcers, and hemorrhoids.

Skeletal System: In bone tissues, these buds provide significant reinforcement in cases of chronic progressive polyarthritis.

Respiratory System: Expectorant and decongestant, these buds also help clear the bronchi. They act on the entire ENT (ear, nose, and throat) area, whether for winter colds or respiratory allergies.
