Very interesting course. I’m not sure if the topic will be addressed in the upcoming courses, but I’d like to learn more about GMO’s, hybrids and distinguishing the differences between natural food and manipulated food. For example, the apple that we all eat today, is not the original wild apple that is found in the forests. The many different varieties of apples that we see in today’s markets are hybrids of the wild apple found in nature. Hybrid crops create complications within the human body because their genetical structure is changed. I loved this course and can’t wait to start the next.
