Finding calm in the chaos: Discover The Power of Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy

06/09/2023

Rescue of Fleurs de Bach, natural remedy cure with 5 flowers, to use in case of emergency with stressful or hard situations. Elixir floral, remède

If you’ve never heard the name before, Bach flower remedies are an alternative or complementary treatment that is used for emotional problems and pain. They are tinctures made out of watered-down extracts from the flowers of wild plants. Bach remedies usually come as liquids in dropper bottles, and the dosage varies, but most people take several drops a few times a day.

The Bach Flower Rescue Remedy is a natural stress and anxiety relief remedy that was invented in the early 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician and homeopath. Dr. Bach is famous for having this system of flower remedies known as Bach Flower Remedies. Bach believed that energy from flowers and plants could reduce negative emotions, and he compiled a list of 38 flowers and trees and ascribed a mental health use for each. The Rescue Remedy is a combination of five Bach Flower Remedies that was formulated by Dr. Bach to help deal with emergency situations and acute stress.

It is a combination of five Bach Flower essences – Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, and Cherry Plum – that are believed to have a calming and soothing effect on the nervous system. The remedy is designed to help individuals cope with stressful situations, manage anxiety and panic attacks, and promote emotional balance and well-being.

Each of the five flower essences has a distinct function. Rock Rose is to alleviate terror and panic, Star of Bethlehem is for shock and trauma, Cherry Plum for irrational thoughts and lack of self-control, Impatiens for impatience and agitation, and Clematis for disorientation and inattentiveness. It also contains a small amount of brandy as a preservative.

It is available in different forms such as drops, spray, and pastilles. Bach Flower Rescue Remedy is a popular alternative to traditional anxiety medications and is often used as a natural remedy for anxiety and stress relief and extremely stressful situations where there is much panic and the body is in fight or flight mode.

Rescue Remedy can typically be purchased from various health stores, pharmacies, and online retailers. Some popular online retailers that sell Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy include Amazon, iHerb, and Vitacost. Reminder: It is always a good idea to check the customer reviews and ratings before purchasing from any online retailer to ensure the quality and authenticity of the product. Additionally, it is also important to consult with a healthcare professional before trying any new herbal remedy to ensure it is safe and appropriate for your individual needs if you are new to alternative and complementary medicine.
