Yoga is a reflective practice. Its many techniques encourage us to feel, ponder, observe, remember and assess. Join Monica on a weekend devoted to enriching mind and body connections with days full of yoga practice, breathing, walking, and meditation. Each evening Sandra will offer (optional) guidance and explorations in reflective writing. Open to all, especially those who wish to enrich their yoga experience with journalling, wordplay, poetry, and reflective writing.
